Preliminary Program

Day 1
Arrival, Sunday afternoon 25 July, 2010
Registration and welcoming dinner, plus housekeeping for camp.

Day 2 – Day 6 (Monday to Friday, 26 – 30 July, 2010)

07:00 – 08:30 Five Animals Frolic Qigong
09:00 – 10:00 Breakfast
10:00 – 13:00 Taiji Spear
13:00 – 14:00 Lunch

14:00 – 16:00 Free time (Individual corrections by appointments)

16:00 – 18:00 Taijiquan and Tuishou
18:00 – 19:00 Dinner

19:30 – 21:00 Audio visuals and lectures on different aspects of Taijiquan to be announced. Also camp fire chats and group socials.

Day 7 (Saturday 31 July, 2010)
Morning program as for previous days, revision of all forms and techniques learned.
13:00 – 14:00 Farewell Lunch

Camp breaks up after lunch.

Costs: Approximately Euro 320.00 for full tuition and accommodations. There will be a food supplement for catered meals.

Language of teaching: In English to be translated into Polish, all training will be done in the local village hall about 5 mins’ walk except morning Qigong in the open.

Participants limited to 15-16 students by invitations only. Participants can bring their non-participating partner or family member with them but must register early to allow for accommodation, charge will only applied to food and accommodation.

Free time activities included: swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding and sightseeing. This area is full of lakes and forest with Templin about 20 minutes away.

Participants will be accommodated in 2 large (150SQM) farmhouses made of timber and mud about 230 years old. Participants may bring their own camping gear or caravan but must first notify us for approval (max 3 campsites and 1 caravan can be catered for).

Berlin is about 1.5 hours away by car, so one can also visit the city before or afterward the summer camp.
